Jose, I want to give you some quick feedback.
First, your guys did a fabulous job. The shower looks as good as the many photos of other jobs on your website. They showed up on time, did their magic, and left the place as clean as they found it. Very professional crew.
Second, without exception, the three men were each so very nice, friendly, and a pleasure to communicate with. Starting with when I first met Steven, I noted what a great job he did explaining the service that he and the others would perform. Today, the other two gentlemen were equally as nice, as knowledgeable, and as professional.
I've got to tell you that it was so refreshing to meet these exceptional three guys. You should be very proud to have them enthusiastically represent your company — which they do. And the few times you and I have communicated, I have found you to be a pleasure to work with. Sir Grout rocks!

We had an amazing experience with Sir Grout from start to finish. It was easy to make an appointment, estimator showed up right on time, provided a very reasonable quote and scheduled the work just a week later. The work itself was excellent. We love our bathrooms again. I couldn't be any happier!
Sir Grout Tustin sent professional young men who were very attentive to detail and did an excellent job! We had 1 shower just resealed, 1 shower had the edge grout replaced with their special resin that perfectly matched the rest of the grout, and the third shower had a chipped tile re-colored and matched perfectly!
